Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. The candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality technical projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical projects from initiation to closure, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules and ensure all stakeholders are aware of the project status
• Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including senior management
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors
• Facilitate project meetings and provide guidance to team members on project-related issues
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the project team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong technical skills in NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, and MongoDB
• Strong technical skills in PHP, MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Strong technical skills and understanding of software development technologies and processes

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with serverless computing, such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions
• Experience with queue systems, such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Experience with containerization and container orchestration, such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure projects (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience managing DevOps projects and implementing continuous delivery pipelines
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
